Privacy Policy for the Creating Dreams Website

The website Creating Dreams, From The Nightmares of Hell is owned and operated by myself, Dave Harm.
For each visitor to these web pages, the Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding their
domain or e-mail addresses.

I do collect e-mail addresses, which are given freely, to subscribe to my monthly newsletter. The addresses I
receive will be kept strictly confidential and private. This information will not be given, traded or sold to any
third party.

With respect to cookies: I use cookies to record user-specific information on what pages users access or
visit. The information I gather is for my own internal review to improve the quality of this site. When
completed the information is then discarded.

The website is on a Yahoo server. I have no control over the cookies they may use. I would encourage you
to read their privacy policy. Due to the inconsistencies of Yahoo being able to maintain any accurate site
statistics for Creating Dreams, I have had to implement outside sources to gather the information I need.
Most of the information I gather is done off-line and has no effect on your ability to browse this site. Another
monitoring system was installed on May 9, 2008. It is called SiteMeter. By using SiteMeter I have agreed to
have placed on this site a tracking cookie. This cookie tracks your use of this site and places a temporary

This site does not accept payments for my books. If you’d like to order either one or both of my books you
are directed to a secure site of a reputable seller.

The financial information for ordering the Purple Power CD is controlled by PayPal and I have no access to
this information. The information I obtain through the purchase of the CD is a shipping address and an e-mail
address. These addresses will be discarded after the order has been completed and not shared or sold to
any third parties.
